1. Income guidelines are 2x rent. Security Deposit is the same as 1 month's rent.
2. Must be able to provide proof of income for past 2 months. (SSI or paycheck stubs).
3. Application fee is $30.00 per adult and must be submitted with application.
4. A comprehensive report will be ran after the application is submitted. It will provide credit, background, and eviction report.
